I’m in the U.S. I find DHL overestimates their delivery times & my items usually show up 2-3 days earlier than expected.What has everyone’s experience been with delivery?
Website said DHL 2-3 working days in Europe but I got a tracking number for Colissimo / ParcelForce which has been painfully slow. It’s currently saying pay custom duties but I am yet to receive anything to allow me to pay it

I wish mine was sent by DHL as they claim they do on their site! I've always had good experience with DHL. Well... We'll see when I finally get my bag. I ordered it on the 14th June and was hoping to have it by now!

So just wanted to clarify that it turns out it was my fault and that I had selected the free delivery service instead of DHL when checking out. I didn’t even realise that was an option for the U.K.Thanks for letting me know.
