Long story short, I sent my PM in because the Empreinte is already fading and I’ve only used the bag three times. Anyway, they said normal and shipped it back.
But it came back all dented. Needless to say I’m less than impressed. I’ll attached photos. Do you guys think this is fixable? I have it stuffed right now.
