First time paris, any tip?

Hi ladies, can you provide me some tips on which store and what time i should go? I ll be there 5 days. Are there particular days they replenish the inventory?

I have a raisin b and etoupe lindy but havent decide the next color for a b. I wonder what's the etiquette when asking if they have in inventory? Do i need to know exactly what i want b4 i ask?
