glad is settled ellie mae and that you managed to change the feedback.
sad to see that a seller with a good reputation doesn't do the right thing: relist the bag with the problems pointed out. i was hoping it'll be a lesson learned but seems tha tit wasn't.

Wow, just read the entire 10 pages!
I bought one item a few years back and came significantly different than description. I then new to eBay and afraid to raise any issue with this big seller. I also am afraid to leave negative feedback, afraid of retaliatory. From then on, I just watch her Hermes bags, and never bought anything else.
I am glad you get your money back, OP.

Holy Moly, just went through your thread, I'm so glad you got your refund. It is terribly sad that you had to file a dispute in order for that to happen though. I think anyone would agree that 11 days is far to long to hit a refund button on Paypal. What's sad is that they obviously have so much business and not enough staff, to write true and accurate descriptions or even process returns and, after reading this thread, doesn't really seem like anything's going to change. Definitely a seller I will stay away from, what a hassle. Again, congrats on your refund!

I cannot confirm nor deny anything. . . . but

;)
JWizzles -- good one. OK, Swanky... the right to remain silent, we all respect that stance:D This whole thing was wonky with the seller getting on here not once but twice. Seller should have just left well enough alone. Glad you got your refund, EM. I really do feel sorry for the next buyer of that bag. The listing should have been changed to reflect the wear and tear, certainly after all that was pointed out to the seller.:confused1:
I do want to add that before her operation got so big, and before Ebay started letting buyers return merchandise no matter what, Linda sold good, mostly used, but not too used, stuff for good prices. Then ebay changed and she got very big -- so do two wrongs make a wrong? I am just thinking in the days of the old ebay, she was fine. I have gotten some very good stuff from her including high end jewelry.

I am so glad you are getting your refund!
I will NEVER shop at Linda's Stuff again. Back when the 2005 Bbag craze was crazy, I bought a BRAND NEW 05 AG Twiggy from her and I paid DOUBLE RETAIL. It arrived and it was beat to hell........dark handles, all corners scuffed, split tassles.

It took quite a while to get my money back after it was shipped back.

5 years ago.. and the story remains the same. RATS:nogood:

Did not seem to matter a lick.. exact same auction & pix. And it has a bid, so someone is going to buy it again.

Do not be afraid of big sellers. They need to play by the rules just like everyone else.

Thank you. It should not be necessary to go to that extent to get a response from someone.

LOL.. ITA, MMMSC, the Jwizzles post was a shot in the foot, IMO. Although I am happy that I got my "stupid refund":D

That bag is serious SNAD. I have never seen a bbag in that poor condition.

Wow! I have just read the thread, and I'm amazed. I have watched LindasStuff on Ebay grow over the years, and I had no idea that her company lists so much stuff daily on Ebay. Her business has grown rapidly, and it appears that her employees are not properly trained to create listings which are factual and specific.

If she is selling handbags to PF members, she can expect problems because the PF members expect honest descriptions of any and all defects. While it is nice to have a seller who accepts returns, it is a hassle for any of us to return an item and wait for a refund due to the seller not accurately describing the item.

And it is odd that a seller would not promptly issue a refund when an item is returned in a timely fashion.

And if the seller posts respectfully apologizing for the refund delay, and then later posts (or another person using her IP address), saying something derogatory about the OP, well, that is not the kind of business that any of us should buy from.

Ellie, glad that you rec'd your refund. I'm sorry that you were inconvenienced by the seller - first, by her not describing the item accurately; and second, by her not processing your refund in a timely manner.

Ellie hun, I am so sorry this has happened to you, but hey, nobody messes with Miss EM! Congrats on getting the case solved.;)

And about the seller having the cheek to create a second ID and come here and be obnoxious, well what can I say : you cant buy class no matter how big your Ebay business might be. The sellers behaviour is appalling and I will make sure to spread the word.
