Just an FYI..... I am TERRIBLY disappointed. YES, she has some NEG feedback, but MANY members buy from this seller w/ no issues.

Had my eye on a bag listed by linda*s***stuff. PRIOR to bidding, asked about condition, wear, any damage, etc.... as auction is not very descriptive. Response from Seller as to condition was:

"Hi,
The wear is referring to the wrinkled leather and some light, minor scratching.
Hugs, Alissa"

Alrighty then, that works for me. And seller has a 7-day return policy. So I bid and win. Bag arrives. Condition is poor, needs restoration and some leather repair. I contact seller that I wish to return & submit photos of my issues w/ the bag. Seller's response is this:

Hi XXXXX,
I am very sorry for the misleading add. They should of defintely been listed in our auction. You may return this for a full refund including shipping. We thrive for customer satisfaction but sometimes mistakes happen. I am so happy it happened with your purchase. (??!!) Any other questions please feel free to contact me. Hugs, Rachel

And provides an address for return. Great! So on 12/22, I shipped it back & notified seller of same. Put item # on box, and Ebay & PP transaction pages in box. Tracking shows that item was received and signed for on the 12/24. Knowing it is the holidays, I wait patiently for my refund. No response, no refund. Messaged & emailed the seller again a few days later that item was returned for refund. Still no reponse, no refund. Messaged & emailed seller again .. no response, no refund. GOOD GRIEF.

In looking at the new listings by this seller, it appears they have listed over 7600 items since 12/28, several HUNDRED today, so DEFINITELY someone has been manning the store.

With over 35,000 ebay listings, this is definitely a big operation. So, I understand and accept listing errors. Even w/ MANY negs, feedback is still over 99%. And the seller offered gracious response concerning my request to return.

But, it has now been 10 days since my return was received by the seller, numerous messages/emails concerning same remain unanswered, and refund has not been issued.
SO.. fair warning. Auction description may or may not be accurate. And the after-the-sale CS is pitiful. And Good Luck w/ refunds! They are clearly not a priority.

**No response TODAY to any emails/messages/ebay dispute.:nono:

Just an FYI to buyers....

Wow,
that is much to long for a refund IMO

Have you opened a dispute with paypal to get your refund? Please let me know if you ever hear from them again, as I do watch many of their items!

OH MY GOSH Ellie Mae,I am soooo sorry!! Thank you for the heads up...I too had a bag on my watch from them. This is VERY good to know.I am sorry you are going through this. That is NOT right!!! :hugs:

Ekks. Ellie Mae, this is horrible news! This should definitely not be permitted. :nono: I agree with you, the fact that many new bags were listed definitely shows signs that someone is there manning the site. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and hope that you get your well deserved refund.

Wow. Awful. Thanks for sharing- that seller goes on my no-buy list! Hope it works out for you- please let us know when you get your refund! (Thinking optimistically!)

sorry to hear that ellie mae...i do hope you get your refund ASAP.
but that's not way to treat a customer and yup, it doesn't inspire any confidence to any future buyers...

maybe due to the holidays, they are not counting those as part of the 7 day? i know a lot of businesses mean 7 "business" days - not saturday/sunday/holiday, etc.

i know it's frustrating to wait, but i think you will get your refund shortly. it sucks, but at least you'll have your money back!

hang in there. :smile1:

I know, Nic.... but the 7-day return policy is time specified in her llistings for buyers to request a return/refund. Which I did. And she was very agreeable. They've been back "in the office" listing away since the 28th. How hard would it be to hit the old PP refund button since then?
Or AT LEAST respond to an email? Even with a response of some sort, I'd have kept waiting.
