I returned the Favorite in mono yesterday and I ordered it Nov.7. It was made on the 40th week of this year (the last week of October) so it’s definitely not discontinued.
I was told it will be discontinued early next year. Not sure what to believe anymore. I just buy the ones I love.
i didn’t say it was this year - she was saying it was “going to be”, so meaning in the near time future. She never told me an exact timeframe or date.
I was reading the Favorite thread for a last couple days starting with the messages from 2017 and it seems that these rumors about discontinuing are going on and on
but hey - they eventually discontinued the PM size so who knows...
Why didn’t you like the magnetic flap? I have been trying to get this bag so badly
The magnet was very weak and my stuff would continuously fall out of if! Personally I don't see what the hype is about this bag. Also with use the edges because it is a flap they crease. So you have to continuously keep it stuffed with air paper after using so it doesn't crease.
If the reason why you want this bag is because you are looking for a smaller crossbody that can be used for formal occasions also, I recommend the pochette double zip or the Felicie! Much better bags!
Thank you for your response! Good to know about the flaws you mentioned! I will keep it in mind when making the decision if I should keep the Favorite in DE when it arrives. You are absolutely right why I wanted that bag. I like the Felicie very much but how it closes it reminds me of mt YSL wallet on chain and the snap is so small that it takes a little time for me to close it. I am trying now to get Pochette Accessories in DA
I know this is an old post, but does anyone know when they actually stopped making Favorite PM? I'm looking at one that is for sale but the date code is MB1220. That is not possible, right?
