I own three thin Cartier love bracelets and recently bought a new one.
The previous three are in great condition even though I have worn them every day for years but the newest one seems to be a bit faulty. I've had it for about 4 months and the screw keeps undoing itself. I've still worn it but kept a close eye on it each time and remember to remove it. I've taken it back to the store and after looking at it they Have said I will need to pay for repair but shouldn't this be covered under warranty??? I just want to bbe sure before I go back to them.
