Beast twins! Not only heavy to start - you can tell it's LOADED for the schlep to work on the train. LOVE this bag for commute because of the suede outer pockets. Gloves, tissues, earbuds - so easy to get to stuff while en route!

That strap is so amazing! What a great idea!

Ok, I am up for the Rogue challenge since I've cut tags and do love it! I'm going to start carrying it lightly filled with essentials along with another small tote. Hopefully my wimpy self will get used to the weight and I will start loading her up little by little, one stick of gum at a time until I can use this beautiful bag.

I'm having a scary flash back to when I was a child and my parents wanted me to play the accordion but luckily I couldn't assume a standing position with that crazy thing on me, so they bought a piano. Bet this Rogue weighs the same lol!

I was a little worried about the weight too when I started carrying mine. I changed out my double zip accordion wallet for the 1941 clutch, which is very lightweight but still roomy. I also got a lighter sunglass case and took a few other non essentials out that I for some reason had been carrying. I'm pretty happy with it even though it is on the heavy side. I found that carrying it by the handles is easier for me most times. It seems that opinions vary widely on this, so you have to decide if it's right for you.

Another vote for "That looks awesome!":smile1:

The wide cross-body strap must really help to distribute the weight, too.

I think the manageability of the weight depends very much on what else one will be juggling along with it (as well as the height of one's heels).

Just wondering if anybody has taken their regular sized Rogue, loaded her up and taken her out for the day to work, shopping etc. I am hoping I just had a bad day yesterday because I have been waiting weeks to use mine and yesterday was the day I saved her for, it was our annual sales meeting. I loaded her up with just my essentials such as small compact case wallet (which I'm using because she is so light), mini pochette, key cles, business card holder, brush, gum, and phone. Picked her up, flung her on my shoulder and stopped dead in my tracks. It was so heavy I was in shock so I ended up moving everything into my Prairie (which I do love too) and sadly left for my meeting.

I love, love this bag but I can't figure out how I'm going to deal with the weight. I'm actually thinking of putting everything but wallet, phone, keys and gum in the Rogue and putting the rest of my essentials into a tote bag. This is what I get for buying a bag sight unseen. Anybody else have this happen? Is this why everyone is jumping on the 25? Ulgh I should have waited but the PCE was so enticing.
I returned an oxblood Rogue because of the weight. I love the way the bag looks and all the details and would have kept the oxblood along with my suede Rogue, but I started carrying my suede just to see if I liked it enough to keep both, but it was way too heavy.

If I hadn't cut the tags on my suede one, I would have returned it. I wish I were one of those who didn't notice the weight because I want to carry it more. The last couple of times I carried it, I left it in the car and only took my key case into the store because I found it burdensome to carry with me.

I carry the bare minimum as it is so I'll have to figure something out because I really don't want to leave that bag sitting around...it's too pretty for that, but I don't want to develop back issues either. http://www.oprah.com/style/Is-Your-Handbag-Killing-You

Need opinions please? Do you think these two pictures are of the same rogue or no?

If totally uninformed opinions count, then yes, it looks identical to me. The forum has gone quiet and I am on a tea break. :smile1: I love the color (in either picture, but I prefer the top one), and it's a gorgeous bag, but I couldn't carry a Rogue that large unless it was completely empty (or maybe filled with helium balloons)! Are you going to get one?

I love it. This was the first one I liked when just the first pictures were coming out. I have the regular size one now and I love it and the weight doesn't bother me. But...this is bigger and will be heavier and I need another bag like a hole in the head and.......lol.....I don't know! Thanks for responding. I thought they looked the same but I've looked so many times I was getting dizzy! 😂😈😈

I can see why you're obsessed. Perhaps you need another Rogue to reduce wear and tear on the first one, or maybe you should save some money for the Fall bags? I was struck by those studded, triple French purse bags from the Fall pictures, and may be in trouble when those come out. :smile1: Now back to whatever I was meant to be doing...
