Fair price for (rare) style?

I don't think I can stomach spending more than my mortgage amount for my first Chanel...:blink: . But it seems like the ones I like (and can afford) are the nylons. I know...most probably think they're 'cheap' looking :shame:. I like this one:

Senorjayme had it for $699. Is that a fair price???

I really like it but I'd still prefer a gently used leather chanel for that price- and for $700 you can definitely get a beautiful one in great condition.
