F/W 2012 - Bal Intel

Have seen the all the swatches too. I liked Poker Fonce and Lagoon the most. PF will be released in July, Lagoon in September (UK)
Cassis was dull, so was Cumin and the sample was full of white veins. The SA told me all bags are very shiny....hmmm. I didn't like Gris Tarmac, much preferred Anthra.
Rose Thulian was very pretty, like coq with a pink sheen.

Yes I think the Poker Fonce will be stunning in a bag... oops.

Colors taht are coming later. I thought I was safe this season only planing on getting a black grh city but I really like poker fronce & lagoon! I'll have to wait till I can see them IRL before deciding on them.

I was in my local Holts and saw some of the colours - crocus/gris tarmac/cassis. The later 2 very saturated, while the former was a little duller than I was expecting, regardless very veiny and less "chewy" leather than I was expecting. The leather reminded me of the papery papyrus bags from last season.

You know what was even more disappointing?! THE HANDLES! They were much thinner

I was v disappointed. UGH.

I saw the classic Gris Tarmac and Rose Thulian in London yesterday. Colours were great and evenly saturated throughout the bags. I am looking forward to seeing them with gold/rose gold hardware. Wish they still made them with giants- some of those colours would really POP!

It's rich warm pink, like a raspberry pink. Looked gorgeous!!
