I think this Sharpey is available in 3 sizes and several colors.

There's also a A47546 Y01480 (I think this might the medium size which will be in between the website one and the A47545)

Sorry I don't have the dimensions. You might want to ask your SA using these style numbers on what colors are available and what sizes.
