eyelid revision+ptosis

Have you consulted with Dr. Kwon @Teium? He is famous for his magic EPI and some people have had good results from him with revision EPI so he might be able to help you. However he has mixed reviews so maybe contact some of his former patients here on PF to see if they're still pleased with their results.
I am not aware of Teuim clinic. I think i will visit Dr chung from eve clinic as I checked from another thread he is very good with dealing with eyelid corner and can even create back the Mongolian fold.
I can speak Chinese... Oo so they have a Chinese translator:smile:
wait till the covid is over.. Now can't travel there

Yes I consulted with him about 1.5yrs ago and he only a Chinese translator. Maybe he now has an English one but since you speak Chinese too this won't be a problem.

Sure ok. Thanks

Did you also go to consult about eye corner?.
I don't know how to explain myself now.. Dr Seo clearly sees I have a contracted nose. I look at my before photos I only need to close eye corner, it looks more natural.. Now I don't even know if I can reduce the degree of ptosis surgery. Plus I have wide jaw abit protruded mouth. He just gave me a cookie cutter look.. When I wear my specs I have some kind like a monkey look. If only look at the eyes it looks ok, but put that eyes on a contracted nose and a big face.. It makes eyes look even smaller.
I don't know where to vent..
I have to do it slowly now.. Starting from my jaw and closing eye corner.

I consulted with dr kang via email. He says can reduce depth of my eyes 80-90%. But i dont know whether to believe him. I look at my eyes I only see a shrink in more rounded look. It accentuates my monkey face.. I never even mentioned the word 'make my eyes look brighter'. I said 'lower down my eyelid'. Not 'turn in my eyes further'. Now when I strain my center part nose and lift my eyes, my dark circles grow like crazy. I look older than my older sister.

I consulted with dr Chung for revision DES but I know he specialises in Canthoplasty. From the negative reviews that I read about Dr. Kang, most people complained that he promised alot during consultation but he didn't deliver in surgery results. You could try consulting with Kwon @Teium and hear what he has to say. Here is a link to some of his revisional EPI results:
The best thing would be to make a list of clinics and have a f2f consultation coz with online consultation the surgeon can only make a basic recommendation.

I dont know which part of him doesn't understand lower down my eyelid and I even demonstrated to him..

Ok I will take a look at this Teuim for the epi.
Yes I also read reviews about dr Kang. But he seems like the only hope to lower down my crease without removing skin.. I don't know if he can create back that asian look again..

If you feel comfortable with Kang then definitely go with him. I suggested Kwon coz he does revision Canthoplasty and he should also be able to get you back your almond shape.

Hi I actually want my eyes to be further away from the nose. By revision canthoplasty you mean pulling it longer? Dr Kang is just to lower down the fold of the eyelid. But revision inner corner I will check on Teuim.

I mean like that. I'm not sure if I'm doing right. But can you see the problem? How round it looks.. I actually have more fats before with good support although eyelid line also high so it doesn't look that round..my nose itself is contracted 1 cant see clearly like that and I have imbalanced face. I'm actually suffering from eyelid line too high with the ptosis and straining it.

Ok. Now I understand what you mean. You definitely don't have enough skin for incisional DES. If he tightens the inner corners then he has to do it from below because you barely have space in the upper corner. I would recommend going personally to Seoul so that the doctor can see and measure precisely how much he can lower. Also ask to see B&A pics of patients who have had the same issue. How did your nose contract? Did you have a bridge implant? You could pm Ms.Orange your pics and ask her opinion coz she has had several eyelid surgeries and she could give you some recommendations on what can be done.
@MissOrange dear, your expertise is needed here.

I now have to add in 1 more surgery, which is doing the zygoma push in method

Yea I had my bridge implant long time ago.. it has contracted till like that.. As you can see I also have manly irregular face that I have the rush of doing v line n zygoma after this eyelid incident.
Anyway overall I need a big change I just look very weird now.
Im thinking of changing to thick rim specs so can cover my whole face. I am really desperate in lowering down the eyelid..

oh Miss Orange. Sure I'll think of PMing her. She seems like have lots of experience. But I'm little worried too because she went to MVP did her eyelid and so positive. Does miss Orange has issues with too high eyelid before.?

You are too hard on yourself. You have a pretty, youthful face. You don't look manly and don't need v-line or zygoma. You already have a lovely v-line shape. If you shave down the jaw and zygoma you will end up with saggy skin. Personally I don't think you need to lower your eyelids anymore. You only need to fix the inner and outer corners of your eyes and your eyes will be symmetrical again. Fat grafting should improve the hollow area above your upper and lower eyelids.
I don't know if Ms. Orange had a problem with high eyelid but I remember she mentioned in her thread that she has had several eyelid surgeries, so she may have some tips on what you can do.

Thanks for the compliment :
Well.. I have always wanted a smaller face since young but I only know about botox that time. Problem is I have a protruded square face wide jaw. I did have an online consultation with TFDental.. He recommended double jaw instead with genioplasty +electric muscle reduction. I think it may suit me better.
.
For zygoma reduction I am not really sure.. I am more inclined to the push in method but I don't know how successful is that. I also think the shave method will cause fast sagging..

I have a very awkward face shape that looks squarish from the sides and 1 side bigger than the order..

Sorry you mean canthoplasty for outer corner? I will definitely close up the inner corner. Then only I can do the rhinoplasty, I am having trouble with breathing.

Fat graft to eyelid sounds tricky.. I never thought I need it
Then I'll pm Miss Orange to consult.

Your lower lids are a bit assymetrical(left lid is more open than right lid) and if they don't become symmetrical after you close the inner lids then you may need lateral cantho on the outer corner of the left eye for balance.
Do you sleep on your right side? This could explain why one side of the face looks more flatter than the other. Imo you don't need any zygoma or DJS. A simple FG to midface will balance out the assymetry.
You said you had a sunken look that is why I recommended fat graft to lids. When done well FG gives very good results.
