:wtf: :sad:I am horrified. Please do complain. First and foremost, you will feel much better that you have communicated your disappointment and frustration to management. I am sure Hermes would appreciate your feedback as what happened to you is a rare and very poor representation of their brand. Your complaint would also pave the way for serious measures against similar client (dis)service. I am very sorry you had your H experienced ruined and hope this will be your first and last disappointment regarding H.

Ugh, that is horrible, M! I echo the other members and agree that you should write to the local store (address it to the manager) and send a copy to corporate. Absolutely unnacceptable behavior.

I'm really surprised to here that as the Copenhagen store is my all time favorite store, I always feel like a princess when I leave. If you are interested in giving them another chance I can PM you the name of my SA, she really is amazing and always gives impeccable service.

I'm really sorry you had such a crappy time and I would definitely follow up on that like the girls have adviced you.

agreed, i've only ever had great service there and i haven't bought anything remotely big in that store, in fact only cadenas :wtf:

now london bond st is a different matter :cursing:

I am so put off by buying in Hermes Denmark - I think (if possible) I would go to Hamburg in Germany and be helped there and see if I can can get on a list there. I have had the best service EVER in Germany, they REALLY know how to treat customers, even though you dont buy anything or just buy a small item..

Yes, they are really helpful there. When I was in that store once, there were some Russian customers who wanted some details about leather names and they couldn't get it across in English, so they sent someone to fetch a SA from the Ferragamo store across the road who speaks Russian, and they had obviously done that before!

I've only had good customer service in Hermes Copenhagen, BUT There was one SA that was totally cluless. I asked for a pegasus Cadena in gold she had already found the silver one. She told me they didn't have it, but as I turned to speak to my mother I saw two gold pegasus Cadena RESTING ON THE SIDE DISPLAY. Of course I commented and she offered to take them out of the display, but I'd already decided on the 2007 one so it was ok. She totally made it up later though by giving perfume samples. ^_^

LV copenhagen is pretty bad though...

You really have to write that letter! It makes me angry how so many of these fine boutiques nowadays have either rude or uneducated staff! It really makes your shopping experience annoying and leaves you on a bad mood. The shop managers should really keep an eye on the customer service. I had also a very rude SA at Hermes Milan a few weeks ago. I bought something and hardly got a word out of her mouth...

I was in the Copenhagen H store about a month ago. I thought it was tiny, understocked, and in general the most inefficient store of all of them. If you are in Malmo, I understand that there isn't many places for you to go, but I think your instinct to go to Germany is a good one. First of all, the Euro is a bit worse than DK and SE currency so that will help you a bit and secondly, you are right about customer service--and it might just be a Danish cultural thing.
Don't get me wrong, love the Danish, but customer service seems a weak link -- at least at that H shop.
