I'm sorry about your Hexperience, Mai. Don't take it personally and get discouraged because of the dumb cow SA. I think she's in the wrong place and has no clue about what she's supposed to A to S. You aught to write a complain about her, I think. She has no right making people feeling upset! Oh, and my guess she behaved the way she did because she realized you knew so much more on the subject then she's supposed to, hehe. I'm just curious how on earth clueless SAs get their jobs at Hermes?!

You are welcome. Your local store is better, IMO. Hopefully, you will receive a personal apology from your store manager ;) and use it to your advantage in the future :)

I would address it to your store, and send a copy to Paris. I would.
Its one thing to say, "i dont know, let me ask"...

its another to treat you in the manner that she did.

That's awful, I'm so sorry. It's so frustrating when SAs for high-end brands feel like they're doing you a favour and not the other way around. I've not experienced this personally but do hear many stories just like yours.
I would definitely send an email with a Read Receipt request to the manager of the store, and CC it (not BCC) to their HQ in Paris.
Hope you get an apology from the manager, at any rate!

Mai Britt, I had a terrible experience one time when I organized DH to pick up my SO (I was too pregnant to fly). They messed it up big time and as a result, I complained to their HO. A few days later, the CEO sent a handwritten note and FeDexed a present to me. Apparently, the incident was one of their worst ever and they're using it as a case study for their training sessions!

Hello:

gosh, what a bad experience you had - makes me never want to go to that Hermes store when I travel.
Go or call the store in Wien on the Graben, I can get you the number if you want or get it at Hermes.com. stores location and ask for Herr Okura.
He is a very helpful gentleman, speaks Japenese, German and English. He is all about customer service and will call all around the world for his customers to get what they want.
Hope this helps.

I'm really surprised to here that as the Copenhagen store is my all time favorite store, I always feel like a princess when I leave. If you are interested in giving them another chance I can PM you the name of my SA, she really is amazing and always gives impeccable service.

I'm really sorry you had such a crappy time and I would definitely follow up on that like the girls have adviced you.

I would love to have your SA's name!! I have found out this particular ladys name is Hanne and there has been more trouble with her before. another danish girl went in to exchange a scarf to another, it was a gift to her, she hadn't used it at all, but this Hanne refused to exchange it.. sounds like she has worked at the store for quit some time, so she isnt a newbie who doesn't know the leathers or belts yet!!

Really ??? well i can imagine who it was darling, I had a "snooty" SA experience in Hermes denmark once.
If it is who I think, I never ever ask for help from her
But the other SAs are great
The other day I was asking if i could order a victoria pm tote and they showed me all the leather samples with colors and leather types and they explained me the differences
I didn't buy anything that day!!
I am sorry that happened to you, but you know? don't give up hermes in Denmark, go there again and I am sure you will get the right help!
