Experiences w/ Eluxury

So far so good. When I tried to place an order online I couldn't(computer was acting up) So I called the number,(person was very nice) ordered and got my prize.(they sent me an email on Tuesday, and I got my bag the next day, Wednesday) They even helped change my Elux page, so now when I order online I have no problem.
 
Everything from Eluxury is 100% authentic and their customer service is pretty good, just make sure you don't get the *****y customer service rep Lorraine, worse rep ever. I've never had problems with their shipping but mistakes so happen, just know that when you order your purse from there, it'll be 100% authentic.

I have a hard time believing the story that that Dior bag came from eluxury because it looks nothing like the real deal and eluxury could've just easily pulled out another to compare the "return". In fact, tomorrow I'll ask a rep how their return process goes and if she shares anything interesting with me, I'll share it with the forum
 
I had a really good experience with Eluxury. When my speedy arrived, the padlock had 2 large scratches next to the LV. I called and got the service rep Tracy. She said that usually i would have to send the whole bag back, but i told her that i was hestiant to send the whole bag b/c i did not want to let go of it. I suggested that they send me a new lock and key and i would send the old one back after I got a new one. she put in the request, then emailed me the next day to let me know that they were sending me a brand new one and I did not have to send the old one back!! The new lock came 2 days later. I was so happy!!:nuts:

:laugh: :laugh: I've got Lorraine. She was terrible and didn't know sh**. She tried to tell me that they had not received ANY shipments of any size Saleya, yeah whatever! Otherwise though elux has been good.
 
I've ordered 5 times from eLux and always had good service from them. I'm still impatiently waiting for my Epi Matsy to come in so I can finally try it on because I've never seen it in the store...
 
I've always had great service from them. I just ordered and received my new LV preforated pochette- which I bought the day before they offered free shipping. I emailed them asking them to credit me back the shipping I paid, and they did!
 
I've ordered twice (recently) and was very happy! The only thing is that they forgot to include my free accessories pouch with my MJ Blake. I called, and it was shipped out right away. I'll be ordering from them again!
