What is the longest anyone has waited for an exchange from E-Luxury?

I once did an exchange after 6 weeks.
Or do you mean you are expecting a delivery?

Anyway, I ordered a Keepall, and decided it was too big for the travel I do and decided on the smaller keepall with no strap. I had even had the tag monogramed but they sent me another.
