Adina!!! Her signature circle is a bit played out now, but she has many other designs that are also perfect for everyday. I've got a couple dozen of her things- many necklaces and earrings. The gold pieces are expensive though, so it's a good thing I prefer silver...

ETA: Also, if you want even more versatility, a diamond solitaire is perfect for day OR evening. Blue Nile sells them in various sizes and the smallish ones aren't that expensive. I have the 1/4 carat princess cut one set in platinum, on platinum chain and there was a long period of months where I didn't take it off at all.

Most days I wear an 18" sterling silver necklace that is made of 8mm silver beads. All of the beads are the same size and my fiance says they look like "silver pearls". I love it because I can wear it with anything and I don't have to worry about it.

I got mine from a site called Novica for around $100.

Congratulations, I think it's great choice. It's simple, elegant and goes with everything. I think I will have to take a closer look at T&Co. cause I didn't notice it earlier and it's really gorgeous :smile1:

I just had my first kid and my husband bought me the Tiffany elsa perreti madonna motherhood pendant so I wear that a lot. But my step son just gave me one of those 7 diamond journey pendants so I am wearing that one now. Prior to all of that I wore a diamond pave star pendant. The one that I want is actually the diamond by the yard pendant from Tiffany. My brother got it for his girlfriend and she never wears it..so jealous!

I recieved some very unique jewelry and cell phone accessories already for the holidays from my boy friend and I love them. I found myself wearing them pretty much everyday compared to the james avery and the common styles (diamonds, etc...)

1) I don't have to worry about them being lost for one which makes it everyday right there.

2) I really love their designs and meanings

3) Honestly, I think their quality outputs my James Avery.

I have alot of jewellery in gold, white gold and silver but at the moment the necklace I wear everyday is my silver elsa peretti tiffany small teardrop pendant. I always get complimented on it, I think its a really pretty and simple design you can wear in the day or evening.:smile1:

I just bought that same tiffany necklace a few months ago and I LOVE it -- it really looks great with just about everything.

If you weren't going for that, I would have suggested a simple bezel set diamond solataire (as big as you can afford). I have a two tone one on a 15 inch gold chain that I wore almost every day for about five years:-) I diamond circle necklace is great too (and needn't be much more expensive than the tiffany piece depending on the size/quality of the diamonds)
