Noriko, Judith Leiber makes day bags now. This one is nice. It's the Hadley chain hobo. (The inside is pink suede.) It is $1,695.

I have this one and I love it!

It also comes in a pink version, if you like pink.

Fayden, I've been toying with the idea of getting a Balenciaga, but haven't really found one that drives me The gaucho is a possibility in the saddle style, but that just doesn't seem eye catching enough for some reason. I'm probably being just wayyyyyyyyyyy too picky about it :cry:

I have no idea wtf I'm going to do...this problem has been bothering me for a while I am looking into a Kelly or a Birkin, but the color combo I want probably won't be found for a while. That would be a NICE everyday bag In the meantime though, I was thinking possibly an LV or a Dior, or a B. Fendi.

Hello! I'm curious -- what color combo do you have your eyes on? I would love to have a Birkin too.. hahah.. but who wouldn't, right?

The black box leather with magenta piping In the 30cm or the 35cm. What I found out today though, was that birkins come into the HI boutique all the time. My SA said that they come in 10-15 times a month, its just that within 20 minutes of being out its sold. The next customer that walks through the door is buying it. He said a lot of people buy it so that they can put it on ebay. I guess its just luck of the draw, but I will be going in there a lot more often to check

did you take a look at the chanel kelly? i saw one from the cambon line and i loved it. the most gorgeous bag i've seen in a long time!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions . I went out today to find a bag, but wasn't too successful. I almost bought the white classic flap Chanel bag with caviar leather, but it wouldnt really hold up as an everyday bag. My SA said that they only recommend re-dipping the bag around 4x

I also went to Hermes, but they only had the 28cm Kellys. The 32cm they had was some kind of combo of white leather with canvas...and I wasnt going to pay that much for a canvas bag. The 28cm was a bit too small. I got some encouraging news about the birkins, but sadly I'll most likely just have to get really lucky. The color combo I want is also really rare, since my SA said that those are picked out by the managers for production and only come in around 3x a year tops.

All in all the search isn't going as well as I'd hoped, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Keep the suggestions coming! I also put my name down on the list for the black/brown B. Fendi bag. Thats probably not coming in for another 2 weeks though:cry:

from my own experience i would suggest Gucci Horsebit Hobo .. Meduim Balenciaga City Bag or CHANEL tote =)

I want to like Balenciaga, but for some reason haven't been able to get into it. the Chanel tote is a good idea, but my co-worker has the caviar in black I would have bought. I'm thinking about going with the caviar (white) flap bag in the large size. Looks good, but I am just worried about it getting dirty and not being able to be re-dipped anymore.

Norkio .. take it from me ..chanel white bags are dust and dirtyness attracting .. i swear. i have mini pouch chanel in vernies leather .. it became greyish from 2nd time i carried it .... am sooooooo against white bags ..never never ...

other than that, did you check out the dior website? there is a dior gaucho saddle bag coming out. i know you collect saddle bags, and since you didn't like the regular gaucho bag, you may like this one.
