Well, her customer service went severely downhill once her popularity skyrocketed after 2018. It hasn't improved since. If you check the RM forum and search for the right topics, social media and review sites online, you can find countless complaints against her.

Unfortunately even after these many years, her CS still has not improved. Her reps don't answer phone calls, complaints on social and emails are ignored, damaged bags are returned without repair, refunds take a long time to process, etc.
I stopped buying her stuff mainly for her CS and poor quality of her bags. Sadly this is the reason why so many longtime RM TPF fans left the forum. Everyone who stayed only talks about her older bags she made when she first started out. It's a shame.
