exactly, i believe this is what happening. i am kinda hopeless now. 1 hour 30 mins waiting and still waiting room. i think all the resellers already have their "hacked access" or something because they are already expert in this type of draw

I feel LV should have asked clients to apply for a random chance to purchase the shoes using MyLV account. The selected ones should have been given a time slot to visit the website to purchase the shoes instead of asking clients to wait and 3 hours later - thank you for your interest.
I am sure each country knows what is the allocation of the stock.
