Almost lunch time here in southern part of Denmark Im hangry! Hope you all have had great sunny weekend ? I just want to share you my latest vintage score. Jeune Fille has take me walked down a memory lane. I saw this bag for the first time bag when I was 10 years old , when my mom bought it. She told me that time that it meant as Young girl - like me Even clearly I wasn't allowed to use it hahaha. Fast forward 30 years later, I found this one, and the date code is the same as my birth year! So this bag is an old lady as I do,yet still on her best year ! ( Okay , humor me will ya ) I'm beyond happy , and considering this bag nearly 40yo, it never ceased to amazed me that the quality of the canvas is TOP NOTCH!
I've now own 6 vintage discontinued bags , and this one is the oldest ( age) of all. No cracked canvass , and verryyyy minimal cracked leather . Just need to have a bit TLC on the strap , and she is good as her other siblings

Now, back to SS22 again

Wow! An oldie, but goodie! . One thing’s for sure the canvas, leather and hardware will be great quality. Congrats on this vintage find .

Very light pastel colors with a shimmering effect, somehow on the internal pictures it somewhat looks like the spray effect of the SS22 Mens collection + shimmering.
Launch is June. But I would wait for final HD pictures, since everything can change. Its also empreint, so it will be eeeeexpensive!

I just preordered Marshmallow bag yet. I was thinking of sunglassess case too but didn't get it in the end. I might also add bandau/ bag charm but will wait for release day

Thanks If Im being honest , thee vintage canvas is veryyyy thick and very durable in comparison of all canvass after 2000 ish . Hence, the vintage hunt

Yes This one though an ‘easy’ task . Cleaned and cleaned the vachetta and conditioning them. I didnt manage to re glaze it yet, waiting for the paint to come in the mailbox ..

Wow, you can also do the glazings?! Is it possible for you to upload pics of your finished projects?
How do you get rid of the vintage smells? Older purses always have a characteristic smell, which oftentimes depends on how they have been stored.

I’ ll DM ed you Oh yah , the smell ! Baking soda in a socks , and put them in a trash bag with the bag , tied them tighly and leave them for a 1-2 days depend on the smell ..
I havent done the glazing before since I couldnt find the right paint untill last week . So it will be my first test also

Oh thats sounding not very promising overall! Maybe Lv will surprise us this time with a decent stock unlike the BTP and escale collection..
