Thanks for sharing. What she said abt the Métis and speedy is so true. Especially the speedy. Back in the day I got the 30 but had wish I had gotten the b25 instead now. It gets too heavy being handheld. And the Métis flap and cracking, opening and closing is one of my concerns too. I guess with canvas that’s a risk, especially if it is a flap closure, opening and closing all the time. All my bags are zip closures so Métis would be a first flap. Do you have the Métis? But the aus price now is super high right? And you wonder if it’s still worth it

i love my metis, bought the reverse before price increase (panic bought ) direct frmo LV
also just scored a preloved one (classic mono) from vestiaire, will post pics once it arrives...
I am not too concerned with the glazing issues as LV made reinforcements/improvements after 2018/19 and I love love the bag design so chic and casual at the same time... and it is my go to everyday bag (if I am not wearing my hermes)

That’s what I was thinking too! Are too many returns an issue? Sometimes I want to buy them all to reserve it and see it in person and I KNOW I’m not keeping it all. I just want to be able to see the bags and compare it, touch it, try to put my things in it etc. Especially if I can’t decide on a color or the size. I’m always scared to buy and return though don’t want there to be a flag on my account if that exists..

Yes you can get banned for too many returns, but as long as you stay under 10 there shouldn’t be a problem!

I dont have it yet , it was expected to be arrived May to me I just pre ordered / made to order … Its with silver Hw or what they called ruthenium metal .. I was eyeing on So So black but it wast possible

this Boy has been on my mind like 3/4 years . I love it coz its more subtle than flap back … ( this is epic mind since its coming from only Monogram LV owner not so subtle ) . I just like Boy more than others. At first Medium was my choice but when I tried , doesnt suit my posture well so I choose the Large one . True about the weight , its heavier but it doesnt bother me so much. I also have pretty long hair, and it annoyed me many times it got stuck on the chain ( with other bags ) But only when I use crossbody though .. I said to my self if u dont pull the trigger now , u never will.. My husband was a bit upset since I was planning to buy a new horse with that fund No new horse , Chanel bag instead … Im happy with my decision and no regrets ! So dont change ur mind !!!

I have to say, when I initially got my mono Métis, I was at the beginning of my LV journey and looking for a good midsized mono handbag. As I wasn’t sure which one to chose that time, I just followed the recommendations from YT (if you see this bag, get your hands on it and you won’t regret it etc.). Back then it was extremely htf and I - as an LV newbie - luckily scored her directly from the homepage (even before I joined the stalking thread). When she arrived I liked the quality and appreciated the beauty, but it was a kind of an arranged marriage without love In the meantime, the bag has really grown on me, and I have learnt to appreciate all its functionality (additionally to the great strap which I loved right from the start). So now I am very happy to have her in my collection (especially as the price for which I got her was 400€ less back then) and will never sell this elegant and practical beauty.
For instance, I have been using her for a short trip this weekend and I’m just impressed all over again how beautiful she looks, how comfy she is crossbody, how functional the back pocket is and how much she can fit! So definitively a great choice if you manage to find her in a good quality (thinking of my 4 or 5 PM reverse returns). Here’s a pic of her at the lakeside hotel
