Yes, Japan preloved shopping is fun! I learnt about it a bit late, and wasn't as into luxe back then, but when I visited I found the most beautiful pair of LV peeptoe pumps for about 200AUD.. they were unworn.. from this store KOMEHYO. I think that was the store. Our Aussie exchange rate was much better then, though. *and it was years ago so don't know what the store's like now.

I’ve bought a couple of preloved pieces in very good condition from sellers there. It’s just the import duty is a killer and it’s near on impossible to get Japanese sellers to declare goods at low value to avoid the import charges. They like to conduct business straight down line.

I recently bought a classic speedy 25 from Japan for about £175 and took it to LV to change the vachetta the other day. Because it's vintage the canvas is thick and good condition but the leather had definitely seen better days! I always factor in an additional 40% on top of the bag price if I buy Japan to see if I'm still happy with the price if I get hit with duty.

If you have a CA on nearest store , you can always try to ask them. or call the CS and see if they can put on on some waiting list . My CS called me 2 days ago out of the blue ask if I want another one since she knows I was looking for another one for my brothers wife. So worth to try to call ur CS / CA . But bottom line, they still have some out there in circulation, so there are hopes for you

I am a huge fan of BLACKPINK, omg!! Am a recent fan though so your daughter would probably know more about them than I do!

I did watch the BLACKPINK House series on YouTube and I think that's in Hongdae, in one of their episodes they went out of the house to experience the nightlife and food.. looked so much fun. There's some luxe bag eye candy in the series , too

Oh, the giant fruit in the Japanese department store food halls is expensive... I paid $14AUD for a giant apple once just to see what it was like.. it was good! Haha I can't live without rice either! And you will have fun hunting down the takoyaki and eating your way through both countries!

My girl is a k pop fan..her room has all the posters of twice, itzy and black pink…..hope to have any of the groups come to AU for a concert

Since I am Asian , we cook Asian foods on daily basis , I cant live without rice Went to Rotterdam last autumn , taste some Takoyaki and has been on my mind since . So deffo we will search all the good food places there !

South Korea other than the food is coz my daughter is K-pop fans So while out there , we need to visit Seoul and fulfilled her dream to see where BTS and Black Pink comes from While mummy and daddy can eat Bibimbup all day long ... Ok, now Im hungry ...

My daughter is huge k-pop fan also! She is thinking of going abroad to study at some point. She’s 15 now. She has NZ passport so I’ve tried to talk her to go there.. but she wants to go to South Korea, because of BTS and Black Pink

You need to get a CA, so that they can source it for you. The bum bag is one of my favorites. It's so versatile and you can wear it so many ways. Good luck!

I grew up near Rosé, it blows my mind that we know the same towns, streets, shopping centres... once she posted about Chaddy because there was a giant poster of her Tiffany campaign there, which is opposite the LV there.. I would think she is very homesick, as successful as she is. Would love it when they return to Australia for a show!

I'm such a foodie as well. I have over a thousand Yelp reviews on food establishments. I'm Asian too, but hate rice. I love any kind of potatoes(fried, baked, mashed). Everyone always tells me what kind of Asian are you? The only time I'll eat rice is if it's sushi or curry.

I gotta be honest with you , I have ZERO , I mean ZERO knowledge about BTS and Black Pink I knew Jisoo coz she called me Mor Jisoo meaning mummy Jisoo coz she said Jisoo looked like me when I was young (well thank you dear, I will take that as a compliment and disknowledged the '' young''part ) . Jimin has been on our house hold conversation for 2 years now and her walls filled with his posters

I also have a friend who’s from Ukraine. She has lived most of her life here in Finland but still has her family there who also can’t or don’t want to leave because all the men has to defend their country. It’s heart breaking. So my escape from this current reality is Louis Vuitton ❤ I’m happy to see that my vintage Neo GM is currently at restoration and I should get it back 6th of April!
