Good point. He was recommended by my previous CA when she left LV. I always purchase from him to ensure we kept a smooth relationship but I guess we never had that connection. When I am at the boutique it is because I am 100% buying something so as not to eat into his time.

That’s a good question. Vernis is not very easy to clean. There is this video from Sophie where she tried to remove a ink stain from her patent lady Dior wallet. Not sure if this can maybe work on vernis too!

It depends on what kinds of stains. Ink transfer from newspapers and magazines are most likely permanent.

Andddd…… my first pre loved item has arrived today! I bought it through eBay Kleinanzeigen and had to come from Germany to the Netherlands. And my second pre loved item is on it’s way too, also from Germany
