It is shocking considering I had ignored all luxe during the pandemic!

I seriously enjoy them all as desk ornaments when working from home the belt and bag have been really fun to wear, too.

Yeah..they dont understand the need for us to pick things up...priorities lol!! We are heading to the city on Sat to finally go to Cartier (he's like is it? lol) and Sunday is rest day...but I may take his car to go to the Goldie to pick it up....much longer drive....But lesson learnt...next time just ship to home...I do want to store experience but the delay is due to the floods here...but I feel calmer now that they have safely arrived at the store...will definitely do the reveal soon!!

He did suggest to go next week but my girl is taking her second dose of the vaccine and he's taking his booster both on the Friday.. sp just dont want to travel too far....

Online shopping is dangerous lol!!

At this stage only the love wedding band and/or the trinity ring...coz since I had my girl and also with working from home alot and now permanently my wedding ring doesnt fit anymore and I dont wear them unless I go out...so just going to check it out and see if I like them...probably the most affordable items there lol! Will try both and see if I like them...dont think I will try the love ring as it's quite thick...and hopefully take the chance to try the love or JUC bracelet (though I prob wont drop the $ on them...too expensive)...Never expected me to look in to fine jewellery but since I have enough bags etc time to move on to something else heeeee....I made an appt with a friend who recommended her SA so Im looking forward to enjoy the experience...and hope I can leave with something...

I called CS today to find out what's happening to my taigarama order...no one can give me updates...apart from 1 item was delivered yesterday and I didnt get any email notification...ok I dont mind waiting another day. But took a leap of faith, I found the email address of my store as my ex-SA sent me a payment link before via email and it was there. I thought no harm just emailing them to check on the status. If my cch was there, my PO which was shipped earlier should be there as well...so I did...and I got a reply from them stating that both items were received yesterday and due to technical issues the email notification wasnt sent out...a team member would have messaged me to let me know they are there...not impressed...cannot believe I had to find a way to find out where my items were...First time it has happened....and next moment I get a text from my CS confirming both items are in store...

Now I will have to make a trip down to pick them up..not going to have them arrange courier and have anymore delay that it has...Im more annoyed really.....hope seeing the items will perk me up...Thanks for listening to my rants girls!

Sorry to hear that mapoon! I can feel your frustratio, especially preordering so the items should of arrived on or before launch. And you have been left waiting and waiting, and then to have to chase it up yourself is even more annoying. I feel you, and do feel their customer service has gone down heaps, and they have too many people so have a don’t care attitude. Remember me chasing my CS just to pay for my pink po? If it weren’t for you telling me you had already paid and encouraged me to keep chasing it would of never happened at all. They just kept telling me that preorders hadn’t even opened when in fact it had already as you had already preordered.

Anyhow, glad they are there at the store safe and sound, and good choice on going into collect them. Annoying I know, but at least you can get them in your hot little hand.

Im sure one you get them and open them up, it will bring a massive smile on your face, and it will all be worth it. When are you going to collect them? Hopefully soon! Looking forward to seeing your reveals.

Definitely, the bracelets are for me personally too overpriced. I mean you can get the same from another jewellery (non mainstream) brand it would cost probably only the half. While I do think the rings, necklace and earrings are okay priced.

Definitely, the bracelets are for me personally too overpriced. I mean you can get the same from another jewellery (non mainstream) brand it would cost probably only the half. While I do think the rings, necklace and earrings are okay priced.

Yes that's true!! I usually remove my ring when I am home...before working from home I always wore it to work...now after having my girl and working from home...I dont wear them as much...and typing alot has prob made my bones bigger if that makes sense....so yeah they dont fit now...hubby on the other hand lost weight so his is abit loose hahahahah!!

Yes the JUC ring is really nice but some ppl feel that the head can kinda push the flesh a little so need to go up a size...I would prefer that style on a bracelet...maybe later on...I dare not wear too expensive jewellery....

Thanks dear...I am the sort of person when I want something I will try all means and ways to get it or find out the status of it...cannot believe I even emailed the store lol! But I was very nice about it so glad I got that positive outcome....

I know sometimes different CS tells you different things... I do hope they will bring a smile as I know my current store do not stock the red PO & CCH....and waiting to see if my SA is working this Sunday just to say Hi...

@Mapoon I dunno how to multiquote, but you were both right! And I successfully delayed unboxing by an hour but couldn't resist the perfect lighting right now!

It's my very first H and thus first Twilly. I love it so much. Such a joyous print.

It reminds me of someone very precious to me who we lost during the pandemic.. this Twilly just gives me such good vibes as a beautiful reminder. They were born in the Year of the Horse.

Enjoying my little colourful family here! I haven't learnt how to tie twillys so just did it loosely for the reveal
