Hello! Does anyone come across that selfridges doesn't pick up any phone call? I try to call London Store and Manchester Store but I got no reply at all!!! I don't know why. I wanna shop remote and wonder if anyone has and is willing to share the SA's info. Many thanks to all the reply and PM!

Unfortunately it’s hard to speak with any SA’s on the phone. As inconvenient as it may be, it might be easier to book an in-store appointment. This way you’ll get assigned an SA and you can use them in future to place your orders.

I usually monitor the price of the medium classic flap but I think the prices went crazy since 2020. To begin with the prices were already madly high before 2020.
