My first bag from LV was in 2015 a preloved PA in DE for around 250€, just a few months later I bought myself as a birthday present the Speedy 30 in DE. I wanted this bag so badly after seeing it on my EX his sis, she also worked for LVWhat was everyone’s first bag, and did you plan to buy more than one? Mine was a Speedy B25 in mono. I purchased it online for our 10th anniversary and I swore it would be the only one I ever bought. For some reason, my card payment wouldn’t go through so I ended up purchasing through client services where the lady could see it was my first purchase and congratulated me. She also told me it would not be last. I disagreed with her and laughed it off as I was sure it would be my one and only. 6 years later, my collection has grown substantially. Turns out she was right! The LV addiction is real!
@girlwithbagissues mine was my moms Saumur as her last inherit to me before she passed away 14 years ago . And the hubbie gave me Speedy B35 DE 9 years ago. I didnt buy any LV or other luxury bags with my own money up til 5 years ago. My mantra was : ok , last one … Just this one and Im done … Says nobody !!! 
Fast forward , around 20 ish bags/ clutch and still cant stop . If there is rehab for bags addiction , I will be the first one to signed up

Mine was Alma PM DE. Actually technically Speedy 25 DE but after I brought it home, I realised it’s not it and replaced it on the next day for Alma. It was in 2016. I thought that’s it, I finaly have LV bag and don’t need another. I purchased 2 other bags in 2017 already and then stopped for few years and started again (like crazyWhat was everyone’s first bag, and did you plan to buy more than one? I had the same story with Maldives trip. We were saving for like a year to get there in 2012 and it was supposed to be our once in a lifetime trip. In 2 months I am going for 5th time and am planning our 10th wedding anniversary there again in 2 years time.I am also curious what is your most used bag from your collection? I thought it should have been one of my first purchased since I have it for longest time but I think I am using bigger pochette from MPA the most. Second most used is Retiro. I was wearing this bag almost everyday to work once I purchased.
Wow, another person with an all leather first bag! Great choice though! And yes, I was the same… no way am I going to buying more of these… then oops another, and another, and another
I actually don’t mind if a bag is canvas or leather! I just buy whatever I like and don’t really worry much about the material or resale value. With one exception for bags over 2k, if they don’t do well on resale market I really have to love it 110% before I buy it. Luckily I’m mostly into mini bags and they rarely go over 2k (at least for now, ask me again after another 3 PI’s

Im sweating bullets when I came to the store , and sweat even more when I swiped my card. Never been so nervous in my life , its like walking into the Headmasters office in there So tense and all the SA was so uptight , looked me in one eye Once I said what I want thennnn they start being nice to me .. Glad that this bag will be my one and only Chanel(again , says noooobooooodyyy) since my first experience wasnt all that good
Sorry to hear it wasn’t such a positive experience. Spending so much money should be delightful. I heard so many negative stories about Chanel that even though I keep eyeing the Mini square flap, I stick to LV because visiting the store is always so niceMe too !

Aww I’m so jealous! I am dying to go to the Maldives! I bet it is beautiful. My most used was my mono speedy B25 which was my first bag and it remained in the number one spot for years until I got my Pochette Metis, since then the PM has had my heart and I just cannot put it down!
