I’m so frustrated! Managed to order multi pochette after having it in my basket for few days and refreshing the site nonstop for hours and hours.. and after being “pending product availability” for few hours it disappeared from my orders. Still see it as on going order on my profile but not when I go see my orders, so I can’t see the status of my order. I feel it will be canceled. I called to cs today, and they told me to wait till Monday and if nothing new by then, call again.. I’ve been looking for this bag for 9 months now! Ready to give up and take my money elsewhere!

Hopefully it will change to order in prep. It’s strange you can no longer see it as an order though, but there are website issues which could be the reason. Good luck!
