This is the EXACT same thing that happened to me, including the order disappearing from my orders but still showing at ongoing orders... CS promised me at first it wouldn't get cancelled but hey next thing I knew it was... I wouldn't get my hopes up too high if I were you but I'm hoping for the best! I still haven't received my refund which is kind of aggravating since it's a lot of money we're talking about

how much are they asking for the bag if you don’t mind me asking and did they specify why their asking price is low?
It’s hard to know without seeing for yourself but I always think if something seems too good to be true it usually is.
the price is 475€ , but it's from Bulgarian reseller (the minimum wage in Bulgaria is like 300€) so even though its a low price, most people wouldn't pay that much for a bag

I don’t want to discourage you from buying the bag, but if you already have doubts, it might be best to not proceed! Would absolutely hate for you to be sent a fake / superfake and get scammed
Personally, this is exactly why I will not buy a preloved because you cannot tell just by photos whether it is authentic. My view on this particular item is:
1. It’s a very instagramable item, not a classic like Alma or NF, so you know it’s popular- why sell it below retail when you can command so much more.
2. If you can afford the auth, you can afford a decent camera/phone - those photos are sketchy AF.. are trying to avoid something there? For me, I’d rather hold out for it to arrive online or speak to customer services ❤️ The decision is yours

In my opinion this is a FAKE. Look at the Louis Vuitton print on the booklet - it's blue not black. The date code looks weird. The glazing is bright red. This comment may get deleted as there is a dedicated thread on TPF for authentication. I have this bag and this is definitely counterfeit.
Date code is wrong as it's 21st week (May) 2019, which is too early for the release of this bag and the font is wrong. The Louis Vuitton card has blue writing, the real one has black and the most obvious sign is the glazing colour. This is bright orange whereas the real one is more of a dark red/burgundy shade. Stay well clear!

Most of my LV items are preloved. As long as you know the piece well, do your research and careful which sites you buy from, you can find some great pieces. But research on the particular item you're buying is key.
