Hi again everybody, and thank you for your responses. I was sick the last couple days, hence my absence and lack of response. Due to my sickness, I could pickup the bag only yesterday, and today I have been constantly trying it on and off, and I‘m just not sure if it is my style. It is a beautiful bag, and I would love to just possess it, if you know what I mean. But I have made the promise to myself (and to my husband :smile:) not to just buy something just to have it, but to really use it. My closet is full of bags and clothes I don‘t wear...
Anyhow, I would wear it as with a shoulder strap, even crossbody, because I have two kids and need my hands free. Here some very unprofessional modshots, what do you think? Can I wear this bag with a shoulder strap in this way? LV did not design it for that, I feel it looks a bit weird, or am I too critical?

I know I’m still so sad about it. It was the double Pochette jungle print that was from last year. Selfridges London randomly had one left so it is not something that can be replaced! I think it was stolen I just don’t see how a tracked package can get lost. I have had packages sent from there before and they are so well wrapped and securely labelled! Still waiting for a refund too! Until UPS confirm officially missing LV won’t refund me. Been a month now! I really hope you get your package :) X

:sad: Still not refunded? Legally LV should not be holding on to your money whilst an investigation is pending with UPS. LV has a contract with the shipping company therefore you have no control over the carrier they use or transit of the package. This means they should refund you whilst they sort out the issues. The parcel being lost is a UPS and LV problem, not yours. I’d ask for a charge back from your credit card company if not sorted soon and they’ll take up the issue with LV on your behalf.

I think it’s made harder as I bought the back though a London shop (selfridge) so not LV online. I think if it’s not resolved by this week I think I will go though the credit card as it’s been a month now and it’s clear the bag was not delivered and UPS have admitted that :( such a hassle x

Even if it’s Selfridges. It’s the retailer that’s liable and therefore should’ve refunded you immediately whilst they investigate. At least you’ve got a solution and you’ll be refunded.

Thanks your absolutely right. I’m going to chase tomorrow. I was being nice as she was the sa that was trying to find a pa mono for me lol but I have one now so I really just don’t need to tip toe around I should get my money back! Thank you :) xx

so happy you posted this! I immediately bought it and then the status was pending product availability- so I thought it would be cancelled. However the next day I saw order in preparation and then received the order is shipped mail, YAY! Ever since the neverfulls came out in 2007 I’ve been wanting them (and boy would I have saved money if I hadn’t let 13 years of price increases pass). I’m so excited!
