Maybe. But this happened a few times during the past weeks and there weren’t any severe changes, were there? For delivery in Germany, you need to use the German website IMO.

Has anyone had ups not arrive with their parcel?! Was meant to come today still showing as out for delivery but they stop at 7pm
The only time this happened to me is when they lost my parcel
if they have 2 many deliveries then they also can not deliver until the next day x
