So I went to New Bond Street yesterday. Long story short: there was almost nothing from Game On collection except for RTW. My cousin bought a belt and Sarah wallet as Xmas gifts for family...the packaging was poor-in one oversized creasy bag, no ribbons/card, no gift wrapping. The SA was trying to sell us Sarah wallet with missing glazing around the corner of the flap.She said it's the last one they've got..I pointed out the issue and magically the other wallet appeared in stock..

Yes, she knew very well that wallet had issues..and she put it right back in her drawer for the next client..

I’m sorry that you’ve had a bad experience with one of the staff there but as @We love Louis says it all depends on who serve you. No matter what, the sale associate will even try and sell you the one on display aswel. I‘d think they even sell people returns too. The people purchasing are none the wiser. I’m going to the flagship store tomorrow, lets see what happens.

I don't know what their plan is because last date for christmas home delivery is 16th December which isn't that long away! Restock hasnt been as good this week compared to the last couple weeks.
