After calling them, they explained that Paypal account name should match LV account name!
I'd recommend opening a Paypal account under her name.
Until 2500€ you should not be required to verify the account by Paypal (link your bank, submit documents, etc.) so it should be pretty fast to set up!

No. You should've received a returns label in the box which you affix to the parcel for return and this will have the tracking number on it. CS should be able to check it for you as well.Thanks.

So complicated. The accounts is 3-4 years old, but nobody used it for a long time and now it wants a code from an non existent numberIt can happen that they want to verify it's you and ask for a code which usually arrives via text message or phone call.
Usually it happens when you are logging in from an IP / browser / country different than the one you used to register or than the one you put as residency.
On my phone it almost never asks for a text message, on my laptop it almost always does!
