Ergo Signature Tote-- any info?

I have called Macys, Bloomingdales, Dillards, and Nordstroms. No one seems to be able to help. I also called Coach and they told me that they do not know where they ship them so they could not locate one. Macy's in Lenox had the signature and the Large totes in Leather but I am looking for the medium.
Hey if anyone is in the Atlanta area, the Macys at Lenox Mall has the whole line of these bags....I saw them the other day when I went to go buy a Carly.
One of the Pittsburgh stores had them but when I went there the other day they were shipping them all back to Jacksonville. I did buy the medium cresent shaped hobo in camel but I took it back about three weeks ago because if it was not filled although it was all leather it would dent in. She told me if I still wanted a style they could sell it to me and there was nothing wrong with the bag but the promo was over.
