Ergo Signature Tote-- any info?

Coach will release both pilot bags and certain department-store-special bags to department stores. Pilot bags are the ones with P after the serial number.
I was given a Carly at the beginning of the summer from an aunt who bought it at the department store. It has a P at the end of the #. I walked into a Coach boutique wearing it once and they looked at me like it was fake...many boutique employees are unknowledgeable about pilot bags. They are usually put out, sales are analyzed to see how popular they are, and then 1-2 seasons later (sometimes even a full year), they are produced and sold in regular stores.

Hi, I also saw the Ergo Tote in all Black leather at Bloomingdales.
The full Ergo line should be in the Coach Boutiques come April. I too
have been waiting for Coach to bring back the Ergo line since I bought the
huge Ergo Hobo in Cognac 4 years ago, Style #9229. It is huge, 19" in the width and fits everything. I wrote Coach earlier this year asking when they
would bring something like this back to their line. Well they finally listened and the Ergo will be back. I will be saving my money until April and will buy several Ergo bags as they will have a rust color, Black and green leather versions. Who knows maybe I'll have to wait another 4 years until they make something that I like.

I just saw this bag at Dilliards yesterday and the SA told me that it is a test/pilot bag and if the line is successful, it will be carried in all stores.This particular Dilliards (Dallas- NorthPark) is a test store. I purchased the monogram bag from this store when they were testing them.
I posted in another thread but I saw this in Macy's yesterday. It was behind the counter on a low shelf that was practically on the floor. You wouldn't even see it unless you were passing by the cash register. It looked really cool. There were 2 different signature. I believe they were both khaki but I can't recall the trim.
When I bought mine, they had khaki with mahogany trim, khaki with camel (I think thats what its called) trim and black on black.
The wallets also came in the last two combos but the wallets that coordinate with the khaki/mahogany was actually khaki/chocolate. Ughh! So, I didn't get the wallet cause I can't stand that slight difference!
I saw these bags at Macys in Fair Oaks yesterday (the one that used to be Hechts) -- they are very cute!
I only saw them in a glass case, so I don't know what the inside is like, but they do have a zip close. The big ones are *really* big, IMHO. Sorry I don't have more details!

but everytime i go, the same lady is always working and i REFUSE to buy from her. (she blatantly ignores me because of my age...then had the audacity of accusing me of stealing, THEN just says my bag is fake!)

Ewww! What a :censor: ! There are three ladies that work the Coach counter at my Dillard's and they are very sweet. They don't know much about Coach but thats ok... I always do my homework and I've got all of you to learn from as well! I bought my Ergo at a Dillard's in another city... I live in NM and that Dillard's is in TX. They don't know anything about Coach either...
My Ergo does not have a zip-top. There is an outside pocket that has a button/snap but the larger Ergo Sig has a turnlock on the outside pocket. I got the smaller of the two... I don't think the larger one had a zip top either. Mine has a zippered pocket and two open pockets (cell phone?) inside. There was another style (Signature) that was wide and had a leather strap but I didn't check those out... Those did have a zip top.
