Empreinte glacé / recall

You'll find more info in the "Rumor, Louis Vuitton recall" thread. But yes, the empreinte speedy is one that had problems. Mine was actually sent away and got new handles, I think before LV realised the extent of the problem, Now most places just give you store credit for the bag rather than trying to repair.

I took it in yesterday and they gave me a store credit.... sad to see the bag go but got two new pieces!
