Emailed receipts?

Has anyone else not received their emailed receipts after an in store purchase? I only have the paper copy and I prefer to have them emailed for record keeping.

I never get emailed receipts but only hard copies. Why don’t you just scan it if you prefer.

I haven’t received the emails since they switched to their new receipt system. I even text my SA to let her know and she was going to email me the receipts again and I still never received them. No idea what’s going on.

Exactly. Ever since they switched to the new system, I haven’t received my receipts. I also texted my SA and I received one of the receipts (twice) but none of the others. I’m glad it’s not just me!

I got my reciept for my purchase yesterday. I don't know if it is the same system we have in Denmark, though?
