yes I do accepted Returns on some of items. But in this case *IF * she wanted to return the bra she would have to pay for returning shipping. But I am not going to refund her money unless she returns the item. She cannot have it both ways.

I'm curious, why did you ship the item if they hadn't paid for it yet? That seems awfully risky

She paid for the item. On 11/13 she made a best offer which I accepted. On 11/17 eBay opened a item paid item case. On 11/20 she paid for the item so I shipped it. Then yesterday she sent a message saying that she didn't realize I was waiting on payment & doesn't want it now.

Why would she have paid then?

She paid, you shipped and now she's changed her mind?

So you can send a message:

"I understand that you've changed your mind and no longer want the bra. In accordance with my return policy, I will accept the return in the same condition as sent. As per my policy, you pay the return shipping."

Maybe she just forgot she paid for it? (and has no clue it's on it's way). Best idea is probably to just not say anything and hope she disappears again.
 
This is not a NPB but definitely a PITA.

Put in a super lowball offer and when I declined she put in another offer which is her original lowball offer +$1 and kept bugging me for being rude and "not knowing how to do business". Put in another +$1 offer and messaged me non-stop for 2 days.

Blocking her as a bidder and her messages didn't work. Her messages still got through until I called eBay and have them fixed it.
 
Not purses but these two definitely deserve to be on the NPB list. Won my iPad and Macbook. Did not pay. No communication at all. Now I have to relist these items and lost my $10 final fee promotion.

Good evening! Non-paying bidder to report. Offered me a price for one of my items thru best offer, which I accepted. No response from her at all, and case just closed today in my favor. I should have taken a better look at her feedback history before I accepted her offer, however. I'm almost happy she ended up being an NPB, so I didn't have to deal with her and could relist and block. Please let me know if you have any questions. Happy Holidays!

Sends me a message after listing ends and says "Please cancel this for me, I did not mean to bid and do not want item". Like really what an absolute time waster. She could've contacted me to retract the bid. It could of sold to someone else.

Just make sure contact this buyer before accepting the best offer, buyer may try to negotiate even lower price after you accepted the initial best offer. Beware!
 
Not a non-paying bidder, but certainly the craziest and rudest person I've encountered yet. I purchased a pair of VS Pink mukluks from her for ~$150, she never shipped after 2 weeks, I opened a case, got refunded. She then proceeded to send me extremely rude messages, left me feedback "horrible buyer", then created a LISTING accusing me of being a scammer, rude & cussed at her, that I was not understanding of her "2 year old daughter" having surgery (all lies, never mentioned). I ended up calling ebay and having the listing & feedback removed, but by god, avoid at all costs. She also has an odd amount of listings for mukluks, all clearly taken in different rooms, so I question whether she even has any of the items she is selling at all. I believe she's on posh too (taylorluvspink). Her ebay username:

Just for future reference, do not mention a case or anything like it in feedback. EBay may remove it if the seller complains.
