made a best offer on my item: : 111809690049 On Nov 13. A nonpaying paying bidder case opened and 24 hours before the case was to close she paid for the item on Nov 20. The item was delivered yesterday. Today I get a message from her stating "I do apologize, I did not realize that you were waiting on a payment. However, I no longer need the item, and again sorry for the inconvenience." :roflmfao:

how do you NOT know a seller was waiting on payment? I am not going even response as I do not want her to send it back because "She doesn't want it"

I blocked her.

 What a nut! I hope eBay will protect you in case she tries to return. Did you accept returns?
You have a hassle free return policy. You're obligated to accept the return of the bra for ANY reason.

With a return policy, it doesn't matter whether she wants to return for fit, color or just buyer's remorse.

Your policy is 14 day return with buyer paying return shipping. You'll need to refund her full original payment.

Not my post, thanks though.

I quoted you because you'd asked about whether she had a return policy. Since she posted the item number/listing and it shows the return policy, that's the reason for including your quote.

But my post was directed to chromette. If she doesn't accept the return or if she gives the buyer a hard time, the buyer can report her.

I don't usually look those up, that's why I asked her. I just was saying that it was odd that buyer paid, then said they didn't need the item.

Yes, I agree it's strange. But maybe the buyer also saw the return policy and knew she had an easy out.

(It didn't take much "looking up" because she posted the item number!)

As I stated before, I don't usually take the time to look up the item number as I prefer the conversational aspect of the forum, not feeling like I have something to prove every time I comment. You can have the last word, take care.

If someone offers the item number, I take it as they would like me to look at it.

jmho

Unfortunately, that wasn't an option for me on the mobile app- there was no link, just the number, and as I was out shopping, I didn't want to take the time to Google it. As I stated previously, that's why I had asked the poster if she offered returns, in the interest of continuing the conversation.

Understood. I just was saying that when someone does share the info, there is nothing wrong with looking it up, if you wish to. Many times, the additional information is helpful when commenting on an issue.
Have a nice evening.

When someone posts here, those who have advice to offer request all the information necessary to give an accurate answer to the question or issue. The OP gave the information necessary to offer a valid answer to her. (It may not be the answer she was hoping for but it's accurate.)

Someone who asks a question that's already (in essence) been answered by the OP/poster "to continue the conversation" is absolutely no help and comes off as somewhat rude since it implies that her post wasn't important enough to be read. And FYI, it's not necessary to "Google it."

It's not my fault that you are on the mobile app and can't search the listing. (Actually, I do think you could have done so since she gave the item number.)

It's not necessary to be snippy to someone who did respond to the question that was asked without wasting the OP's time in asking a question that could have been answered with the information the OP posted.

The end.

Also, you have your nerve calling me snippy. I was simply tired of the condescending tone you use to speak to people on here. Believe me, I won't bother to join in on here any more, there are much friendlier forums.

yes I do accepted Returns on some of items. But in this case *IF * she wanted to return the bra she would have to pay for returning shipping. But I am not going to refund her money unless she returns the item. She cannot have it both ways.
