Not an NPB, but a PITA-- makes offers for BIN/BO listings, then retracts them after a few hours if you don't respond immediately. Then took it a step further & messaged me & said I'm not a "serious" seller because I didn't get back to them right away.... Umm, a few hours is not that long of a wait, especially if it's overnight.... I didn't even have a chance to counter their offer when I got up at 5 this morning, because this all went down while I was asleep. Really!?! :pullhair: (So sorry I don't have my email set up to sound the alarm & wake me when a Best Offer comes through in the middle of the night. Sheesh.)

Said she got her bag stolen so she couldnt pay before the week after. But after a week, no response to messages or anything. I reported her and filed an unpaid case.

Buyer bought my item in BIN and paid, but then messaged me directly after because she didn't read the listing through and didn't see that the soles were replaced by Vibrams before she purchases. I issued her a refund to be nice, despite the sale being no returns, and she refuses to accept my sale cancellation request, despite the request being hers! She blames me for her not reading my listing through. I know this is not a typical NPB, but this person is unreasonable and I would not wish her on anyone!

Refuses to go to p.o. to pick up bag she bought Says she never received a delivery attempt notice nor does she see the tracking info on usps website. She put a hold on her paypal payment to me without contacting me . I think it is a case of she doesn't want to pay. Just stay away

Complete and utter time waster. Will request that you allow her to place bids, and responds very quickly before the auction ends. Once the hammer strikes, poof, gone. And obviously no payment in sight. Avoid at all cost!

Did BIN on two items and is now refusing to pay because I won't change from Priority to First class (it's an international shipment). She is also threatening my feedback. Not cool!

That qualifies as feedback extortion because she's demanding something you aren't offering and threatening to ding your feedback. Since first class service isn't offered (if it's the listings I think it is), you definitely have a case.

Feedback extortion is when:

• buyers threaten to leave negative Feedback unless the seller provides goods or services that weren’t part of the original transaction.
• sellers demand “positive Feedback”, but refuse to provide goods or services that were part of the original transaction.

ETA: I find it interesting that manhattan.chic threatens you and is now NPB yet she leaves contradictory feedback for her own NPBs. She has left over 1/2 dozen neg comments for buyers. (I didn't look at her full history but I suspect there are more.)

I know- I reported one of her messages for FB extortion. Doubt eBay will do anything about it, though :(
