"Rents" Coach items. Buys NWT, uses the item(s), and then just before the buyer protection period ends, they file a SNAD claim (without contacting seller first). The item I shipped brand-new, in box, with tag? Received it back worn, scratched, & cut. :-( Of course PP refunded them before I even received their return. I am SO sick of buyers walking all over sellers like this!!) :mad::cursing:

who has just bought a pair of expensive Louboutins from me 3 days ago... I have head nothing from them.... I am trying to find a way out of this one.... I am in Sweden....
I looked at her feedback she has left for others... I am NOW very nervous.....

out of leaving feedback for 10 items.... she has left 2 NEGATIVE....

she bought something from Italy on Friday evening December 14th
left feedback on December 28th complaining she had not received it yet...

Even items from Sweden take longer to arrive than that......

So, here are 2 VERY PITA buyers that REALLY need to be put on some BB lists.....


Please don't get me wrong here... I HATE that a lot of sellers will put somebody on the BB list for just asking a question..... or if the buyer has EVER left a NEG, no matter what the reason......
BUT, I REALLY think these 2 buyers are BIG trouble.....

and to make matters WORSE.... I am just starting out... so I only have a feedback of 7... and now one is a Neutral.....

obeysunshine101 (330815770678) - won item, no payment, contacted me days later she's just out of high school and didn't have money for my item.

Buyer bid, didn't pay until I opened a case, then received the item and requested to return even though all the complaints she had were clearly visible on the pictures. A PIA!

Holy cow - just did a search for this buyer... Normally I'm not one to judge another person's shopping habits, but they've been a member all of 3 weeks have bid on 143 different auctions. How is it possible to keep track of all that? Holy. cow.

I know. When they won my auction they had zero feedback, and now have almost as much as I do. Something is kind of fishy.

4 days so far, they finally responded with a promise to pay citing a couple of days, have no idea what they mean by a "couple".

If they had just messaged me right from the beginning letting me know they needed extra time I would have been happy to give it, rather than ignoring me till I mention that the other bidder is still interested. Courtesy should be given, not taken imo. Thank goodness for the nice ones I get.

Wins my item, does not respond to invoice or messages, finally when I mention that the other bidder is interested she responds with a promise to pay "in a couple of days". Meanwhile, in the time she has won my item, she bids and wins on 3 auctions totaling around $3000 she pays and gets feedback on. So she does have the money, just not to pay for my particular (300.00) item.

I hate that Ebay forces me to wait a minimum of 7 days for a UPI case to open/close, if I want to sell it to the second bidder without having to worry about retaliatory feedback from the first- it should be my prerogative.

  • only list people who have flaked out on you for no good reason. (there can be extenuating forgivable circumstances - please be fair and resonable).
  • Please list the item number in question so members here could look up and verify it really happened and read the feedback as well.
This list is only a reference. It is not meant to blacklist people for personal reasons. As a seller, it is something you can come and look at to decide for yourself whether or not you wish to block someone from bidding on your auctions.

Please only post the members name and item # and a BRIEF description of what happened. No chit chat. Use PM for that.:yes:
