Ebay disputed help?

I brought a fake LV purse on ebay and i filed a disputed on ebay. The seller just send me a message through my ebay and ask me to send the purse back for her then she will refund my money. But the ebay customer service told me not to send it back until she respond back to my claimed through the resolution center. I thought i could send it back with tracking number and it will be ok am i wrong or should i just wait till the seller response back to the resolution center? Thanks

Tell the seller that she can go to the claim center and choose to accept a return / refund. Then you should send the bag back to her (with signature confirmation to her PP address), and when she receives the bag you'll be refunded.

IrisCole is right. Make sure you return it with delivery confirmation so you have proof of the return (not sure if you need signature confirmation although if you paid a lot, you might want to do so just to cover yourself - only $2.50).
