eBay Chat Thead... woohoo!!!

I finally called and reported the seller...I would've done it sooner but every time I checked the help section it prompted me to call.

I finally did it today after I got another email this time offering me $60. This person is so annoying the more they email the less I believe them that this was a "one time" issue with a supplier.

I'm not sure you're asking for advice or just describing your experience but I'll comment.

LEAVE the feedback and report the seller for trying to extort a positive feedback!! Sellers can't bribe buyers to leave positive (or change what they've left)! Clearly this seller knew what she was peddling and wants to buy her way out.

Additionally, for a SNAD return, you should have received a prepaid shipping label or refund of your return shipping. You should have been made whole.

ETA: Here's the policy of which she's completely in violation. (It's not just buyers who use feedback extortion!)
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-extortion.html

The seller can't require a buyer to leave positive Feedback, specific detailed seller ratings, or revise existing Feedback in exchange for a number of things, including, but not limited to:
  • Receiving the purchased item
  • Issuing a full or partial refund
  • Monetary compensation
  • Additional items
  • Other goods and services not included in the original listing

Goodness gracious. My item has the size listed in 3 different places and AFTER purchase the individual wrote me go tell me that it "wasn't their size". Get windex or glasses.

I'm more irritated that they are running my battery with while I am on Greece lol.

It's your choice but I think I'd still leave the negative. If you leave that neutral you won't be able to revise it but if you wait to leave the feedback other people might be unwittingly purchasing fake items. I understand that you don't want other sellers to think you only negatives but at the same time if you're buying fakes in such a close proximity maybe you're not doing enough due diligence before purchasing. Admittedly, I just bought a fake and when I look back at the transaction I see things I could have done better that might have resulted in me not buying and then having to return that fake item. I am just saying if they are a good seller then 1 negative is not going to destroy their feedback and they can respond to it. I don't think negs are something to just be thrown about but when it comes to selling fakes I just have zero patience.

This was the only fake I've ever bought on EBay. The other item was listed as like new but it was not as described and I only left negative feedback then because she accepted my return, relisted it and refused to refund me.
I am only supposed to rate my experience with the seller. I don't know if their items are all fake nor is it my right to assume they are. Each person has to have their items authenticated just as I did. My experience was neither good or bad, that's why I chose neutral. I received a return shipping label within hours of asking for one and within hours of receiving my return I was refunded. Anyone purchasing or thinking of buying can read the feedback to see my experience and decide for themselves.

I just received this message from an EBay member telling me someone is using my pics and name for selling and to download instructions they received from EBay.
Even if this were true why would I need to download something from them? Why wouldn't EBay send ME instructions on what to do? It seems like they may be the real scammers.
Any advice would be appreciated.

It's not a scam but I posted in the OP's other thread. I'm pretty sure the ebay member found her own pictures/listings on other sites where she sells.

The link was to help-member.com, not an eBay link. My company would be so proud their security training is paying off

It's seriously disgusting what they come up with these days to steal your information.
