You can use a pillowcase as a dustbag. If you are crafty with a sewing machine then you can make one. As for the acid free tissue paper, most gift shops (Hallmarks, dollar stores, etc) or craft stores (Michaels etc) has them.
If you are in the US, Bed Bath and Beyond or The Container Store offer acid free tissue, and they also sell cotton canvas zippered storage bags for sweaters that can accommodate handbags.
