I would like to take my Kensington trench to the Dry Cleaner in London but I have heard so many horror stories that I am a bit concerned I take it to the wrong one. I tried to get some advice at Burberry but the SA said they were not allowed to recommend any as if something fails they avoid taking the blame.
I have been checking reputable Dry Cleaners in London and even the best of the best has bad reviews. Nevertheless I am going to try this place called Valentino as apparently they are used to deal with designer clothes. Will let you know how it goes... fingers crossed!
