Hello PF friends! I'm looking at the summer sale, and I noticed some Volta bags. Is this a new type of leather? They are priced like the Alto bags. Do any of you know about these bags? I think I'm in love with one of them, but at a price tag of over $600, I want to know more. Thank you!

I tried to find info on the Dooney site for Volta leather..... nothing other than
the bags they were offering. The leather looks like a lightly pebbled full grain leather.
No info on the leather itself or how it is/isn't treated.
It looks very much like the leather in the Western Collection, with very different
styling and details.
But it's hard to tell what it really is.
