I have never have to handle problems with Saks but with Neiman Marcus.....i will say that I will never buy anything designer from them again. Their customer service sucks and when you need them, they are completely disengaged, displaying a “I could care less” attitude. Nordstrom is the place to goI completely agree. If they want to accept the return that’s fine but don’t then pass it on to me with a “if we got it you get it, if we don’t got it you’ll get whatever”. I used the special ****** offer so if I return it I lose the deal, but this really bugs me because I want the Gucci dustbag and I don’t want a used bag since they seem to have little care for quality control.
