I will say that this is the last time I will purchase any luxury item through them. Subpar customer service reps with little knowledge of products and I just don’t like the stress of wondering if my item is authentic. I didn’t purchase through Gucci online because when I bought my skinny GG leather belt it literally took forever, months on top of what the estimated delivery date already was. And my nearest Gucci has a horrible reputation for customer service which is not worth the hour and a half drive from home.

Hi, did yours come with a box ? I preordered a Gucci bag so was wondering if it came with a box as well. TIA.

I think I'd be a little upset also. It kinda kills a little bit of the Gucci buying experience and for $1400 it should come with all the little frills, no matter how small they are. I'd ask for a Gucci dustbag and it would bug me if I didn't get it. Besides, it helps with the sale if you ever decide to sell it.

I agree that presentation is part of the experience so I understand your disappointment. If the bag is perfect, from what I can see is an amazing Ophedia bag, I would carry the bag into a Gucci boutique and see if the will give you an authentic dust bag. They might, especially if you purchase something. You could push NM as well, they have to have a Gucci dust bag somewhere..., enjoy your bag I really like the Ophedia.

I totally agree that it's completely standard for Neiman Marcus, but I've gotten full box, dustbag, and cards from Gucci I purchased through Nordstrom online. At least Nordstrom recognizes that customers purchasing at full price WANT all the trimmings! Neiman's needs to get with the program.

Oh really? That sucks Neiman wouldn’t include a Gucci box. I’ve gotten Gucci box , cards, dustbag from Nordstrom when I ordered a Gucci bag online . I think Saks has the whole package as well .

Can confirm. My velvet super mini Dionysus bag also came in the janky white dust bag from Neiman Marcus.

I ordered my Marmont belt from Gucci directly and it came in a box and satin dust bag. I keep the belt in the dust bag and I now store my mini in the hard box.

I have had my struggles with NM online orders. They cancelled 2 of my orders at sale time last year due to lack of inventory. The marketing manager reached out to me and gave me 20% off my next order with NO exclusions. All was forgiven instantly but I was crying when the bill came. I have also had a few issues with Nordstrom. Last year I ordered a pair of Gucci shoes on sale and I received a brand new pair of Gucci shoes from a prior season that did not even remotely resemble the one's I was supposed to get. Nordstrom did not even stock Gucci that particular season. My guess is that a customer bait and switched Nordstrom and they accepted it. No problem. Their mistake was to then send that old merchandise to another customer. I contacted several people at Nordstrom and they could have cared less. Needless to say, I only shop at Nordstrom when I have no other options.
