I received my super mini from NM yesterday, it came with Gucci Box, dust bag and cards. It does have a few marks but I did used bates so I got a nice amount back.

What color did you get ? If you don’t mind, would you be able to post some pics of the few marks mentioned? How many did you get back from bates if you don’t mind me asking .I’m waiting for mine from nm that i placed online. Thanks!
Thanks. What about the back ? Tia. I got mine from another department store and it came with creases on front and back . Not sure if I should return it since I got it around 15 percent cash back . Does it look bad to you ?

In the pics it does not look noticeable. Is it creases or marks? Mine are marks not creases. When you look at bag do they really bother you? I decided that since I did get a discount on it, I could live with mine having a few marks. Now if they were major or really bothered me I would return. Did you get the box and dust bag?
Ok now I can see them. For the price you paid for the bag you need to be completely happy with it. If you can use it and not always look at those marks then I would keep if not I would exchange it for another one.

This happened when I ordered my Balenciaga from NM. I was pretty upset, but since I got the bag on sale I didn't really mind. Not sure if I want to order from there again...

This happened to me when I purchased the Fendi charm, no box. I reached out to Nordstrom, Neiman and Saks and was told that these store don't safe the dust bags and unless it's Chanel bags you won't get the dust bags. I think this is new since my old Gucci and Burberry bags were sold with the dustbags.
Same thing happened to me as happened to the OP. I had ordered the white Gucci Marmont shoulder bag (tote size) from the sale. It arrived with the tags in the zippered part of the bag, unattached, and the generic white dustbag. I'm assuming it was used and returned. It was a good deal, so I just accepted it.
Luckily, the same bag popped up in the neutral color (which I prefer) two days later - for $200 less! I hopped on that, and it arrived with the Gucci dustbag, previously unused (as far as I can tell.) That white one is currently on its way back. I've learned that ordering from NM is a complete crapshoot.
