Oh my, both are absolutely stunning! :smile:
When buying a daily bag, I would suggest to take a look in your closet and see which bag matches your clothes and regular style. Or which bag completes your bag closet? As I usually dress dark/all black my pick would be The Queen, but the majolica is also a very stunning and classic piece. Please share your thoughts and good luck deciding :smile:

Hello!
Well, the Majolica is “safe” I think. All my bags are on that safe side of the road, except one clutch I own. The Queen is definitely in another league; artsy, colorful, statement conversation piece. I think I’d be less worried about matching it because I’d probably wear with everything! Mostly casual wardrobe..blues, whites,blacks.,,

Both bags are lovely for different reasons, but I can only give you an answer that is super biased, lol.

If you scroll back to page 2 of this thread, #12, you’ll see that I bought both a card holder and large wallet in the Queen print. I had just bought a clear purse and was trying to buy as many fun and whimsical SLGs to showcase—that is the only reason why I bought SLGs instead of the Sicily bag. My personal reason for buying the Queen print is because I play a lot of poker and collect poker/card related items. I’m also a fan of bright colors, so the Queen print really spoke to me!! Good luck deciding[emoji16][emoji4].

Thank you for answering, and I, too, am partial to the jewel tones. And the print. Your SLGs are beautiful!
And I like the Majolica for the blues..but the white puts fear into me. I can see that getting messy.
Did you see the Queen bag on sale , too, when you purchased your SLGs?

I believe the Queen bag was also on sale when I bought my SLGs. I was very tempted to buy the Queen bag, but decided to just go for the SLGs because I usually carry a bigger bag for poker. I didn’t purchase from DG.com—I called the Vegas DG store, and they were able to ship both to me.

I have Azur in LV—you really can’t wear dark jeans. If you don’t want color transfer, you basically have to stick to light color clothing and watch where you set the bag down. With that said, I think you’ll be ok since the bag is multi-color printed, with slivers of white. Color transfer is a lot more noticeable on Azur from LV.

Good luck on choosing a DG bag[emoji16][emoji4].

So glad to find this thread. I love Dolce and Gabbana's patterns. D&G bags are out of my price range, but ever since I saw a particular Sicily bag on Instagram last year or the year before, I haven't been able to get it out of my head (and heart). I used to look forward to the times the Instagrammer would post selfies of her wearing it.
