Does your patina get that nice shine

Does your patina still get that nice shine/sheen if you spray it with a water guard such as Kiwi/AG/SM? Or does it patina without the shine? Does your vachetta look dry as a result of waterproofing?

Nope - looks fine to me ! It does feel a little different after the spray, but when the feeling wears off, you know it's time again to spray !

What did you spray yours with? I used Kiwi Protect-All. Yes, it does feel slightly different (I thought it was my imagination). No big deal, but it kinda feels slightly more rigid.

I use AG, it feels more "shiny" - like smoother, and you feel that there is something coating the leather.
